Carlos Vives, a pioneer of Colombian popular music and one of the most important figures in Latin music, makes his long awaited UK debut with a show at O2 Academy Brixton.

With more than thirty million records sold, his performance career dates back to the 1980s when his reinvention of traditional cumbia and vallenato musicalstyles found a huge and popular audience. Vives became the first Colombian artist to win a Grammy and has followed up with a further Grammy and nine Latin Grammys.
